About Wild Child Yoga 

Each class is uniquely tailored to each individuals needs mentally and physically. Whether you are struggling with stress, trouble sleeping, energy, or physcially please let us know. 

Class Options

Build & Strengthen - This class is Hatha Yoga. The perfect choice if your focus is to practice flexibility, alignment, and strengthen within the body. The goal of this class to bring balance and full body relaxation by implenting breathing techniques, meditation, and full body's range of motion. You can expect simple and easy motions of standing postures, twists, backbends, forward folds, and hip openers. 


Breath & Move - This class is a Vinyasa & Hatha Flow. It includes a type of Hatha yoga that joins the physical postures with the flowing of the breath. This practice helps create a rhythm with inhales and exhales during asanas. This class is completed in the morning and includes sun salutations, standing and seated postures, arm balancing, back bending, and breath awareness. This class is more aerobic with the goal to cultivate heat in the body. 


Restore & Calm- This class is a type of restoration yoga. The goal of this class is to restore your mind to it's harmonious state. The practive includes a slow flow through postures, meditation, and Pranaymana breathing techniques. This class promotes relaxation to settle the mind and body. You can expect to use props such as bolsters, blocks, straps, and pillows. 


Active & Revive - This class is a mixture of Kundalini and Vinyasa yoga. It includes elements of vinyasa, kundalini, pranayama, meditation, and mantra chanting. This practice encourages mindful exploration during postures. It provides a flow of posture movements with deeper longer holds. 


Foundation - In the foundation class we introduce the fundamental principles of alignment, the history, and the importance of breath work. Students will be given thorough step by step description and demonstration for each posture. Students will learn the benefits of each posture and how to apply it in everyday life. 

What to Expect

Yoga classes will be held in The Salt Room at Mended by Hand to give you the extra benefit of halo therapy during your class and include 45 minutes of class and 15 minutes of meditation. 

We encourage you to wear comfortable clothing that you can easily move in or relax in. 

Covid conscious cleaning between sessions (and as salt is self-cleaning, it is a doubly clean environment!).
