Warm Stone Massage
A combination of salt stones and basalt stones are placed on your body and used during massage to increase circulation, enhance muscle relaxation, reduce inflammation and promote overall sense of well-being. Stones can be used warm or cold depending on desired effect. (Please specify when booking whether you prefer warm or cold stones.)

Lymphatic Drainage Massage
Manual Lymphatic Drainage offers gentle manual therapy to encourage lymphatic flow through the lymphatic system and then soft tissues are manipulated to create fluid propulsion towards the lymph node regions to aid in decreased swelling. This treatment is not a traditional massage and is designed for aiding in the relief of symptoms of long term edema, arthritis, fibromyalgia as well as acute edema of sports injuries, strain and strains.

Add On: Sugar Scrub for Feet and/or Back
Enhance your massage or reflexology treatment with a sugar scrub applied to feet or back for exfoliation. After application, the sugar scrubbed area is wrapped with warm towels. This add on is to be booked with a massage or reflexology treatment.

Acupuncture is both an ancient and modern medical treatment primarily using the insertion of tiny needles into the body at certain points to balance the interconnection of your mind-body health. Our acupuncturist, Colleen, practices both Chinese and Japanese treatment styles, combining them when appropriate.
Needle Shy? Acupressure utilizes the same point system but without the needles, using pressure applied with the hands or rounded blunt tools.
Most commonly used to treat acute or chronic pain, new or lingering illness, stress/anxiety/depression and emotional discomforts, hormonal imbalance, headache/migraine, sleep and digestive disorders. Acupuncture is known to be effective in treating 200+ conditions.

Cosmetic Rejuvenation
Cosmetic - or - Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture appointments are specialized treatments that focus on the aesthetic condition of the patient. Both safe and minimally invasive, Cosmetic Acupuncture is an all natural and sustainable way to look and feel your best without toxins, chemicals, surgeries or recovery time. Cupping & Gua Sha Therapy
Cupping and Gua Sha therapy uses cups to pull an area of skin into it like a vacuum or a blunt edge tool to push in and drag over the skin and muscles. These modalities decompress muscles and connective tissue, bring fresh blood circulation to the area and help drain lymphatic fluids. Both are effective in treating the body for ailments such as viruses & infections (cold/flu), pain, swelling or engorgement, menstrual symptoms, migraines, hot flashes and fevers, muscle tension & more.

Zen Relaxation & Wellness
Patients will receive a relaxation needling protocol designed to either induce a state of calmness and zen or a series of points designed to balance the "chakra system". Needles are placed at locations known to calm the sympathetic nervous system, induce "Happy Hormone" production, create a sense of peace and smooth out ones stress responses. We'll light candles, play soothing music, pamper you with an eye mask and keep the table temp where you like it. It may be the best 30-minute nap you'll ever have!

Reflexology is the application of pressure to areas on the feet. Reflexology is generally relaxing and may help alleviate stress. The theory behind reflexology is that areas of the foot correspond to organs and systems of the body. The 60-Minute service includes a foot soak and paraffin dip.

Reiki Healing
Pronounced "RAY-key", this spiritual healing art with Japanese roots, connects you to life force energy through the hands of the practitioner and provides energetic support for mind, body, and spirit. A typical reiki session will include a chakra reading at the beginning and end to measure progress as well as crystal clearing.

Integrative Energy Healing
Hands on energy healing can be physical, emotional, mental or spiritual in nature. Examples of types of healings include: chakra balance and clearing, brain balancing, psychic surgery/ etheric healing pre or post surgery, soul retrieval, past life healing, object removal, Hara Healing, electromagnetic cleansing of limiting thought patterns, DETC (Deep Emotional Transformational Code), etc. The client will bring a "presenting complaint" to the session to work on and relax on the massage table fully clothed during the session.

Hydrating Body Wrap
Body Luxe Hydrating Wrap contains moisture-binding emollient that leaves an intense hydration on the skin, enhancing defenses and soothing even the most sensitive skin. A warm wrap allows time to soak as you receive a scalp massage before a full body massage allows body to fully soak in the benefits of this wrap. Includes a paraffin dip for your feet.

Full Body Mud Masque
This service is perfect for accelerating detox and relaxation. This is a thicker masque that is both stimulating and detoxifying! French Green Clay and selected marine clays; Spirulina, Laminaria and Ulva Lactuca are infused with amino acids, Vitamin E, Green Tea Extract, Grapefruit Extract and Kelp and is designed to be massaged into the skin resulting in skin cell stimulation and detoxification. After exfoliation, the mud is applied to full body, wrapped and allowed to soak while you receive a scalp massage. Warm towels are used to remove the mask. Pairs well with a massage or a facial.

Seaweed Detox Body Wrap
A combination of exfoliation and relaxation. This wrap contains sea kelp for metabolic stimulation and nutrient rich Klamath Blue-Green Algae to hydrate and detoxify. The active moisturizer base includes willow bark extract, aloe vera oil, Vitamin E, rosehip seed oil, lavender, and a touch of fragrance to lift the spirits. This gel based wrap is removed with warm towels followed by an application of hydrating lotion.
