Why Salt?

Salt Therapy (halotherapy) was discovered in the mid-1800s when it was observed that men who worked the salt mines were rarely sick with colds or other respiratory diseases. This combined with the anti-inflammatory properties of salt in aerosol form has made it an effective treatment for not only lungs but ear infections and certain skin diseases.

The Benefits

of Salt

Studies have shown that Salt Therapy can improve lung function, clear pollutants, toxins, allergens, and viruses from the nasal and lung systems.

Salt Therapy can help provide relief from certain skin conditions like dermatitis, acne, eczema, and psoriasis. It can also help reduce the symptoms of allergies, asthma, and other respiratory issues by cleaning the nasal cavities and sinuses and reducing bronchial inflammation.

Salt Therapy is a natural, calming stress reliever. It is drug-free, chemical-free, all natural and non invasive. It may seem like a new technology but has been used frequently in many European countries for decades.
